Isobel Spandler established Wiltshire Garden & Interior Design in 2004 specialising in creating environments that are tailored to the individuals personal style, practical requirements and budget. Isobel's hallmark is to develop a scheme that is unique to each client: there is no ‘house style’ to impose. Each project is treated individually and uses the architectural style of the house, key pieces of furniture or a reflection the client’s personal style as inspiration to create an environment, whether interior or exterior, that enhances the client’s home and lifestyle. Pervasive to all of Isobel's schemes, traditional or modern, is practicality, comfort and simplicity.
Isobel studied interior design at Middlesex University, gaining a first degree, and worked for over 18 years in London specialising in commercial interior design in the retail and leisure sector. She has worked on notable projects such as Bluebird Garage, Liberty's & The Conran Shop with Sir Terence Conran and Conran & Partners. In 2003 Isobel studied horticulture at the English School of Gardening before moving to Wiltshire with her young family and establishing her own business.
More recently Isobel has been recognised by Houzz for her exceptional Customer Service and has been awarded the Best of Houzz for Client Satisfaction 2017. Isobel Spandler Garden & Interior Design was also selected to join The List by House & Garden this year, a curated directory of recommended Interior & Garden designers.
